일반적으로 근래에는 야채류나 과일 등을 착즙기로서 분쇄하여 즙을 짜서 마시게 되는데 이와 같은 목적으로 이용되는 종래의 착즙기 구조는 제4도에서 보는바와 같이 착즙기의 케이스 내부로 긴 나선날(21)(21')과 스크류롤러(22)(22') 및 테이퍼형 스크류날(23)(23')를 갖는 한쌍의 분쇄날(24)(24')를 맞물려지게 설치하여 야채류나 과일을 절단, 분쇄시켜 즙을 짤수 있게 착즙기가 구성되는데 상기와 같은 종래의 착즙기는 다수의 날을 갖는 두개의 분쇄날이 맞물려 쌍으로 설치되어 있으므로 부품수가 많고 구조가 복잡하여 착즙기 자체가 필요이상으로 대영화되어 그 중량이 무겁고 또 한 두개의 날이 맞물려 동작하므로 작동시 소음이 심하며, 구조가 복잡한 관계로 고장발생률이 높을 뿐만 아니라, 제조원가를 상승시키고 특히 한쌍의 금속날이 맞물려 작동하므로 금속마모로 인한 즙에 철분이 섞여 비위생적인 등의 여러가지 문제점이 있었다.In general, crushed vegetables or fruits as a juicer to squeeze juice, and the conventional juicer structure used for this purpose is a long spiral blade inside the case of the juicer as shown in FIG. 이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 착즙기(1)의 케이스(6) 내부로 절단날(8)과 믹서날(9)의 일체로 형성되는 하나의 분쇄날(7) 만을 설치구성하므로 부품수의 절감에 의한 착즙기 자체의 구조가 간소화되어 착즙기를 소형경량화 시킬 수 있고 이에 따라 제조원가도 절감시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 호퍼(4)의 내면둘레에 스플라인 홈(13)을 형성하므로서 착즙기의 호퍼내부 청소가 용이하여 항상 청결하게 사용할 수 있고, 도한 착즙배출구(5)가 반원형상으로 구성되어 양단에 걸림턱(11)(11')이 형성되고, 호퍼(4) 외축에 걸림홈(10)(10')이 형성되어 착즙배출구(5)를 사용자가 손쉽게 착탈할 수 있게 되어 사용후 착즙배출구의 청소가 용이하여 사용상 편리하고 특히 하나의 분쇄날(7)만이 동작하여 착즙기능을 수행하기 때문에 사용시 소음이 적고 종래처럼 한쌍의 맞물림 동작이 없이 착즙이 이루어지므로 위생적이면서 진동도 적고 이에 따라 사용상 편리함을 주며 고장발생이 거의없어 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제품자체를 소형화시켜 디자인도 향상시킬 수 있는 것일 뿐 아니라, 본 고안은 반원형상의 착즙배출구(5)와 하부 망체(12)를 케이스(6)상에서 탈거하면 마늘이나 고추 또는 생강 등을 분쇄할 수 있어 다용도로 사용할 수 있는 잇점이 있는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above installs only one grinding blade 7 formed integrally with the cutting blade 8 and the mixer blade 9 into the case 6 of the juicer 1, thereby reducing the number of parts.
