Abstract
본 발명은, 자동계근 시스템에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 관리자가 입차/출차를 안내 제어하고, 중량에 따른 계근 전표를 발행해야 하므로, 좀더 개선된 서비스 제공이 필요하였다. 본 발명은 이를 위해서 로드셀에 의한 중량을 검출하는 트럭스케일러와, 입차 및 출차시 운전석에 앉아서 바코드 카드로 차량인식번호를 입력시키고, 그 입/출차측 제어기와 직렬통신 케이블로 연결되어 해당차량을 식별하고 중량을 검지하여 통계프로프램에 전산처리하고, 출차시의 계근전표 발행을 자동으로 제어하는 컴퓨터인 제어장치로 자동계근 시스템을 구성하되, 센서에 의해 자동으로 게이트를 개폐시키며, 감시카메라에 의해 현장을 촬영하고, 계근 진행과정을 녹화할 수 있도록 더 포함시켜 자동계근 시스템을 구성함으로써, 설치비용이 저렴하고, 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 필요한 목적에 따라 쉽게 적용시킬 수 있는 등 다양한 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to an automatic weighing system.
