본 발명은 전자렌지의 중량감지장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 압전소자방식, 정전용량방식등이 있으나, 구조가 복잡하고, 출력신호처리가 복잡하며, 고주파에 의한 잡음의 영향등으로 조리중에는 중량감지가 어려웠다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 본 발명은 이를 감안하여 자동조리기능을 갖는 전자렌지에 있어서, 두장의 PE필름에 감압 저항체를 인쇄하여 그 감압 저항체가 서로 맞대어지도록 포개고, 이를 보호용 철판 사이에 끼워 고정한 후, 트레이 위에 올려지는 조리물의 중량이 샤프트를 통해서 상기한 감압 저항체에 전달되게 설치하고, 상기한 상하부의 감압 저항체를 리드선으로 PCB에 연결하여 그 감압 저항체의 저항치 변화에 의거하여 마이컴이 조리물의 중량을 환산하도록 구성한 중량감지장치를 제공함으로써, 구조가 간단하고 정확성이 높으며, 조리중에도 중량을 감지할 수 있는 등 다양한 효과가 얻어지는 것이다.In view of the present invention, in a microwave oven having an automatic cooking function, a pressure-sensitive resistor is printed on two PE films, and the pressure-sensitive resistors are overlapped with each other.
