Abstract

본 발명은 공기의 산소분리공급에 의한 폐기물소각방법에 관한 것으로 종래의 폐기물소각방법은 고압으로 공기를 송풍하여 연소하였으나 공기중에 혼합된 질소량이 많고 상대적으로 산소량이 적기 때문에 각종 폐기물의 연소작용이 산소가 부족하여 매연이 심한 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 시정한 새로운 폐기물의 소각방법으로서 소각기에 송풍에 의하여 공기를 공급하는 과정에서 산소ㆍ질소분리기에 의하여 질소를 분리하고 분리된 산소량이 많은 공기를 소각기에 송풍하여서 페기물의 연소작용을 양호하게 하여 완전한 연소작용을 연소비용의 절약과 매연없이 폐기물을 소각 처리할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폐기물 소각기의 송풍통로 중간부에 산소 ㆍ질소분리기를 설치하여 소각기에 송풍기에 의한 공기의 공급 과정에서 진소를 분리하고 산소량이 증대된 공기를 공급하여 폐기물을 연소되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한 공기의 산소분리공급에 의한 폐기물의 소각방법.
  2. 산소 ㆍ질소분리기의 분리막은 4000A°-1㎛ 두께의 실리콘 고분자박막이 다공성 지지체에 적충된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 청구범위 1항 기재의 공기의 산소분리공급에 의한 폐기물의 소각방법.
