Abstract
특히 압축 공기 공급설비에 사용하기 위한 슬라이드 밸브는 입구 통로(3)및 출구통로(4)를 형성하는 본체(1)및 관통 오리피스를 지니며 오리피스가 통로(3,4)들과 정합하여 유체가 밸브를 통하여 유동하는 것을 허여하는 밸브 개방위치와 오리피스가 통로(3,4)들과 완전히 정합하지 않아 출구통로(4)로부터 입구통로(3)를 분리시키는 밸브-페쇄위치 사이에서 통로(3,4)들에 관하여 측방으로 이동가능한 베인(9)을 포함한다. 베인(9)은, 밸브-폐쇄위치에서, 본체(1)에 형성된 부가의 배개통로(16,17)를 경유하여 대기로 출구 통로(4)를 연결시키는 배개 통로(15)를 적어도 부분적으로 형성하며, 그로인해, 밸브-폐쇄위치에서, 설비의 하유측은 자동적으로 감압된다.(제2도 참조)

Claims (6)
- 입구, 출구, 및 그들 사이에서 연장하는 통로를 형성하는 본체, 및 관통오리피스를 지니며 오리피스가 통로와 정합하여 입구로부터 출구까지 유체가 유동하는 것을 허여하는 밸브-개방위치와 오리피스가 입구 및 출구와 완전히 정합하지 않아 출구로 부터 입구를 분리시키는 밸브-폐쇄위치 사이에서 통로를 가로질러 측방향 이동가능한 베인(vane)을 포함하는 유체 유동 제어 밸브에 있어서, 상기 베인은 밸브 페쇄 위치에서 대기에 상기 입구 또는 출구를 연결시키는 배기 통로를 , 적어도 부분적으로 형성하며, 상기 배기통로는 밸브-폐쇄위치에서 본체에 형성된 부가의 배기통로와 연통하며, 대기에 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 유동제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베인은 본체내에 피봇장착되며, 아치형 경로로 상기 통로를 가로질러 측방으로 이동가능한 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배개 통로는 상기 베인의 표면과 본체의 접합표면내에 형성된 채널에 의해 형성되며, 상기 접합표면은 본체에 형성된 부가의 배기통로와 연통하는 포트를 형성하는 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 실질적으로 V-형인 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본체에 형성된 부가의 배기통로는 나사가공된 포트에서 종결하며, 그로인해 머플러(silencer)또는 파이프커넥터가 그곳에 나사 연결될 수 있는 밸브.
- 실질적으로 제1도 내지 제4도의 첨부도면에 관하여 전술된 바와 같으며, 그 첨부도면들에 도시된 바와 같은 유체 유동 제어밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
