Abstract

본 발명은 타이어의 고무조성물에 관한 것으로, 타이어의 각 부분을 압출 성형시킨 후, 각 부분을 접착하여 그린타이어를 제조하게 되는데, 그린타이어를 성형시킨 후 이를 즉시 타이어로 성형시키기는 곤란하므로, 이러한 그린타이어는 결국 타이어로의 성형작업에 이르기까지 시간이 경과할 수록 수축되기 마련인데다가, 각 부분의 수축률이 서로 다르므로, 각 부분의 칫수가 달라질 수가 있게 되어, 타이어가 설계한 대로의 형태를 유지하기 어렵게 된다. 그리하여 본 발명은 고무내에 용융점이 낮은 결정성고분자물질을 첨가하여 고무의 가공중에는 고무가 용융점이상의 온도에 놓이게 되므로 고분자물질이 녹아 충분한 유동성을 가지게하여 가공성에 영향을 받지 아니하게 하고 가공 후 온도가 낮아지면 고무내의 결정성 고분자물질이 결정을 형성시켜 시간이 경과하더라도 각 부분을 구성하는 고무가 수축되지 아니하도록 하여 타이어 각부의 칫수에 안정성을 부여하게 된 것임.The present invention relates to a rubber composition of a tire, and each part of the tire is extruded, and then each part is bonded to produce a green tire.
