Abstract

본 발명은 고형분중 소석회의 함량이 매우 높은 고품위의 액상 소석회를 제조 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은, 석회석을 고온에서 가열하여 탈탄산하여 생석회(CaO)를 제조하고 생석회를 물과 반응시켜 소석회[Ca(OH)2]를 제조함에 있어서, 1)생석회를 가압의 물과 반응시켜 소석회를 생성시켜 소석회의 용액을 얻은 다음, 2)상기의 소석회 용액을 가압의 조건하에 불순물 처리 공정으로 이송하여, 계면활성제를 이용한 부유 선광법으로 소석회 용액으로 부터 불순물을 제거한다음; 3)함량조정을 거쳐 소석회의 함량이 30%이상되도록하는 것으로 이루어지는; 액상 소석회 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 석회석을 고온에서 가열하여 탈탄산하여 생석회(CaO)를 제조하고 생석회를 물과 반응시켜 소석회[Ca(OH)2]를 제조함에 있어서, 1)생석회를 가압의 물과 반응시켜 소석회를 생성시켜 소석회의 용액을 얻은 다음, 2)상기의 소석회 용액을 가압의 조건하에 불순물 처리 공정으로 이송하여, 계면활성제를 이용한 부유 선광법으로 소석회 용액으로 부터 불순물을 제거한다음; 3)함량조정을 거쳐 소석회의 함량이 30%이상되도록하는 것으로 이루어지는; 액상 소석회 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생석회를 물과 반응시켜 소석회를 생성시키는 공정은 1.1 내지 1.2 기압의 가압하에 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 부유 선광법에 의한 불순물의 제거 공정중에 사용되어지는 계면 활성제는 양이온계 계면 활성제 또는 음이온 계면 활성제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 양이온 계면 활성제는 4급 암모늄염을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 음이온은, 지방산 도는 지방산염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 지방산 또는 지방산염은 라우릭산, 라우릭산염, 코코넷산, 코코넷산 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 1종이상 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 계면 활성제를 이용한 부유 선광법에 의하여 제거되어진 불순물을 세척하여 불순물중에 포함되어 있는 소석회를 용해시켜 이를 생석회를 물과 반응시켜 소석회를 생성하는 공정으로 회송시키는 단계를 포함하는 소석회의 제조 방법.
