종래, 소가 내장된 가래떡을 제조함에 있어서는 제 1 도에서 가상선으로 표시한 바와같이 반죽공급통(1)에서 반죽된 떡반죽을 압출통(2)의 하단부에서 파이프형으로 압출하면서 파이프형의 떡편(3)속으로 소공급통(4)에서 송급되는 소(5)를 소공급관(6)을 통하여 투입한후, 낙하하는 떡편(3)을 캇터(7)에 의하여 절단하므로서, 지름이 일정한 가래떡을 길게 형성할 수 있는 것이었다. 그러나 이와같은 종래의 가래떡 제조장치는, 길게 성형된 가래떡을 일정한 길이로 절단할때에 절단면에는 내장된 소(5)가 노출되면서 외관이 흉하게 될 뿐 아니라, 지름이 다른 가래떡을 제조하기 위하여는 압출통(2)의 구조를 변경하여야 되고, 가래떡이외에 찹쌀떡이나 만두형의 떡을 제조하기 위하여는 캇터(7)를 다시 설치하여야 되는 등의 문제점이 있는 것이었다.Conventionally, in manufacturing a rice cake with a built-in cow, as shown in phantom lines in Fig. 1, the dough dough kneaded in the dough supply container 1 is extruded into a pipe shape from the lower end of the extrusion container 2 in the form of a pipe.
