비닐하우스용 보온덮개

본 고안은 비닐하우스용 보온덮개에 관한 고안으로 가볍고 보온성이 양호하면서 취부봉을 쉽게 장치할 수 있도록 하여 사용하기가 좋도록 한 것이다.
종래의 비닐하우스 보온덮개는 합성수지제시트와 부직포를 합지하여 보강끈을 매설하도록 되어 있으므로 바람이 불때 보온덮개가 쉽게 찢어지지 못하는 이점은 있으나 무게가 무겁고 보온력이 떨어지는 결점이 있었으며 취부봉을 설치하는데 매우 까다로운 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지제 발포시이트(폴리에치렌수지제 발포시이트)(3)(4)(5) 수매를 포개어 심부를 구성하고 그 상하면에 장섬유 부직포(1)(2)를 피복하여 이들을 재봉사(7)로 봉합시키고 일측단 표면에 취부봉(8) 삽입부(9)를 형성하여서된 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안의 보온덮개는 합성수지제 발포시이트가 다수매 중첩되어 보온심부를 구성하고 그 외면에 장섬유부직포(1)(2)가 피복되어 보온층을 형성하기 때문에 가벼우면서 보온력이 큰 장점이 있고 표면의 장섬유 부직포(1)(2)는 비를 맞아도 비닐하우스의 비닐지와 서로 밀착되지 않아서 개폐시 저항이 적어 힘이 적게드는 이점이 있고 취부봉(8)을 끼우는 삽입부(9)가 표면에 형성되어 있어서 보온덮개를 덮어놓고 개폐시킬때 취부봉(8)(일명 : 걸대)을 삽입부에 손쉽게 삽입시킬 수 있기 때문에 사용하기도 좋은 장점이 있다.

  1. (정정 1회) 합성수지제 발포시이트(3)(4)(5) 다수매를 포개어 심부를 구성하고 그 상하면에 장섬유부직포(1)(2)를 피복하여 재봉사(7)로 봉합시킨 다음 표면일측단에 취부봉(8) 삽입부(9)를 형성시킨 비닐하우스용 보온덮개.
