Abstract

본 발명은 금속가공에 사용되는 앤드밀(Endmilling)용 인서트(Insert)에 관한것으로. 절삭가공시 발생되는 칩의 배출을 원활하게 하여 절삭시의 열이 인서트로 전달되는 것을 최대한 억제하고 인서트의 강도를 효과적으로 보강하여 공구의 사용 수명을 연장할 수 있게 한 것이다.
본 발명은 외벽면과 상구 표면 사이의 접속부에 의해 형성된 주절삭날 및 모서리 절삭날로 부터 내측으로 연장되는 랜드지역과. 상기 랜드지역으로 부터 내측으로 연장되는 하강벽과, 상기 하강벽에 배치된 전주형 블록벽과, 상기 하강벽의 내측에 배치된 상승벽과, 상기 모서리 절삭날에 인접하여 배치되 융기구조물로 구성된것을 특징으로 하는 앤드밀용 인서트이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 외벽면과 상부 표면 사이의 접속부에 의해 형성된 주절삭날 및 모서리 절삭날로 부터 내측으로 연장되는 랜드지역과, 상기 랜드지역으로 부터 내측으로 연장되는 하강벽과, 상기 하강벽에 배치된 전주헝 블록벽과, 상기 하강벽의 내측에 배치된 상승벽과, 상기 모서리 절삭날에 인접하여 배치되 융기구조물로 구성된 것을
    특징으로 하는 앤드밀용 인서트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 랜드지역은 주절삭날의 중심부분의 랜드폭이 가장좁고 모서리 절삭날의 중심부분에서 랜드폭이 길대가 되는 가변랜드로 헝성된 앤드밀용 인서트.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전주형 볼록벽은 절삭날로 최외측으로 부터 0.6-3.O㎜ 내측에 배치되고 곡면형으로 헝성된 앤드밀용 인서트.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 융기구조물은 모서리 절삭날의 최외측으로 부터 모서리각을 이등분 하는 선상에서 내측으로 0.5-2.5㎜ 떨어진 곳에 배치되고 곡면형으로 형성된 앤드밀용 인서트.
