Abstract
본 발명은 광센서를 이용한 진공청소기의 먼지 검출장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 광센서의 수광부 감도가 항상 일정범위 이내에 있도록 발광부의 광량이 자동 조절되도록 하여 주위 여건 변화에 따른 광센서의 특성변화를 방지토록 하는 광센서를 이용한 진공청소기의 먼지 검출장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting dust of a vacuum cleaner using an optical sensor. 이를 위하여 발광부(2)와 수광부(3)를 갖고 먼지의 유입을 검지하는 광센서(5), 이 광센서(5)의 출력신호를 반전증폭시키는 인버터부(6)를 포함한 광센서를 이용한 진공청소기의 먼지 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 광센서(5)의 출력신호를 읽어들여 먼지의 유입량을 검출하고, 수광부의 콜렉터전방을 읽어들여 그 결과에 따라 발광부의 광량을 조절할 수 있도록 펄스듀티를 변환하여 출력하는 제어부(8), 상기 제어부(8)의 출력신호에 의해 광센서(5)인 발광부(2)의 광량을 조절하는 광량조절부(9)를 구비하여 먼지의 유입량에 따라 광센서의 감도조절이 자동적으로 이루어지도록 한 것이다.To this end, an optical sensor 5 having a light emitting unit 2 and a light receiving unit 3 and detecting an inflow of dust, and an optical sensor including an inverter unit 6 inverting and amplifying the output signal of the optical sensor 5 are used.
