본 발명은 무정질 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체 및 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 블럭 공중합체들에서 선택된 탄성중합체를 함유하도록 제조딘 탄성중합 조성물에 관한다.

탄성중합체 및 무정질 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체를 함유한 탄성중합 조성물(ELASTOMERIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING ELASTOMER AND AMORPHOUS PROPYLENE/HEXENE COPOLYMER)

Claims (16)

  1. (a) 최소한 20wt%의 프로필렌을 함유하고, (a) 및 (b)의 합에 기준하여 최대 90wt%의 무정질 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체; (b) 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 블럭 공중합체들에서 선택되고 (a) 및 (b)의 합에 기중하여 최소한 10wt%의 탄성중합체; (c) 총중량에 기중하여 0-70wt%의 접착부여제, 및; (d) 총중량에 기준하여 0-30wt%의 가공유로 구성되는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물에 무정질 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체가 (a) 및 (b)의 합에 기준하여 25-75wt% 존재하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 무정질 프로필렌/헨센 공중합체가 (a) 및 (b)의 합에 기준하여 40-60wt% 존재하고 40-70wt%의 헨센을 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 무정질 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체가 (a) 및 (b)의 합에 기준하여 50wt% 존재하는 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 무정질 프로필렌 공중합체가 50-65wt%의 헥센을 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 최소한 30몰%의 스티렌을 함유하고 랜덤하게 블럭된 스티렌 브타디엔 스티렌 블럭 공중합체들에서 선택된 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 100-130℃의 연화점을 갖는 접착부여제를 20-70wt% 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 40-60wt%의 접착 부여제를 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 100-130℃의 연화점을 갖는 접착 부여제를 5-30wt%를 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 5-30wt%의 가공유를 포함하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가공유가 나프텐계 및 파라핀계 오일의 배합물에서 선택된 조성물.
  12. 두 기판사이에 제1항의 접착 조성물이 포함되도록 제조된 제품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 두개의 기판중 하나가 비직조(nonwoven) 재료이고 다른 하나는 탄성 재료인 제품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 비직조 재료가 비직조 폴리프로필렌 재료인 제품.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 접착제와 두 기판이 다이어퍼 구조의 일부인 제품.
