Abstract

본 발명의 DEN1-S275/90(제 ECACC V92042111호)은 뎅그열 바이러스 혈청형 1의 신규한 균주에 관한 것이다. 이 바이러스의 완전한 cDNA서열은 클론된 바 있으며 이의 단백질-암호화 단편은 발현 플라스미드 작제시 사용된 바 있다. 불활성화된 형태의 DEN1-S275/90, DEN1-S275/90폴리펩타이드 또는 이의 융합 단백질은 DEN1-S275/90 및 기타 DEN1바이러스에 대한 면역화용 백신내에 혼입될 수 있다. 본 발명은 추가로 진단시약, 즉 DEN1-S275/90 단백질에 대한 표지된 항체, 및 DEN1 바이러스를 검출하기 위한 키트를 제공한다.

Claims (17)

  1. DEN1-S275/90(제 ECACC V92042111호).
  2. 불활성화된 형태의 DEN-S275/90(제 ECACC V92042111호).
  3. 실질적으로 서열확인번호 1에 나타낸 DEN1-S275/90(제 ECACC V92042111호)을 암호화하는 DNA폴리노클레오타이드.
  4. DEN1-S275/90(제 ECACC V92042111호)의 C,C', FreM, M, E, NS1, NS2A, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, 또는 NS5유전자를 암호화 하는, 제3항에 따른 DNA 폴리뉴클레오타이드의 단편.
  5. 발현 벡터내의 제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 DNA폴리뉴클레오타이드 또는 이의 단편.
  6. pGEX-KG/EX-20, pMAL-c/NS1-104, pMAL-cR1/NS2-1, pGEX-KG/NS3 BB c600-1 및 pGEX-KG/NS5 c600 HF1으로부터 선택된 제5항에 따른 발현 벡터.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 따른 발현 발현 벡터를 지닌 세포.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이, 콜라이 또는 곤충 세포인 세포.
  9. DEN1-S275/90(제 ECACC V2042111호)의 C,C', PreM, M, E, NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS4A, NS4B, 또는 NS5 폴리펩타이드인 실질적으로 분리된 형태로서의 폴레펩타이드.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 융합 단백질 형태의 폴리펩타이드.

  14. 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석재와 배합된 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 하나 이상의 폴리펩타이드 또는 제2항에 청구된 불활성화된 바이러스를 포함하는 백신.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 하나의 폴리펩타이드가 DEN1바이러스 단백질에 대한 항체를 유도해낼 수 있는 E, NS1, NS2, NS3, NS5 및 이의 융합 단백질로부터 선택된 백신.
  16. DEN1바이러스 단백질에 결합할 수 있으며, 임의로 참조용 표지를 지니고 있는 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 폴리펩타이드에 대한 항체.
  17. 고체 지지체에 고정된 제16항에 따른 항체 또는 제9항 또는 제13항에 큰 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는, DEN1바이러스의 존재 또는 부재를 검출하기 위한 시험 키트.
