Abstract
본 발명은 응결제로서 응집 온도가 35 내지 80℃인 수용성 및 비이온성의 셀룰로오즈 에테르 및 고분자량의 폴리에틸렌 산화물을 첨가하여, 펄프 산업으로 부터의 목재-수지-함유 가공 처리수 또는 폐수를 정제하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리에틸렌 산화물 및 비이온성 셀룰로오즈 에테르의 첨가량은 각각 물 1ℓ당 2 내지 20㎎ 및 5 내지 30㎎인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (8)
- 응결제로서 고분자량의 폴리에틸렌 산화물을 첨가하여, 목재 수지를 함유하는 폐수 또는 가공 처리수를 정제하는 방법으로서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 산화물 외에 수용성이며 비이온성인 셀룰로오즈 에테르를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오즈 에테르의 혼탁점이 35 내지 80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오즈 에테르가 알킬히드록시알킬 셀룰로오즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오즈 에테르가 알킬 셀룰로오즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가공 처리수 또는 폐수중의 목재 수지의 함량이 물 1ℓ당 0.4g이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 목재 수지의 함량이 물 1ℓ 당 10 내지 20g인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리에틸렌 산화물이 2 내지 20㎎/g의 양으로 첨가되며, 비이온성의 셀룰로오즈 에테르는 5 내지 30㎎/g의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가공 처리수 및 폐수의 온도가 실온 이상, 바람직하게는 35 내지 60℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
