종래 디코더에서는, 먼저 데이타 입력단자로부터 전단의 RF수신단에서 수신한 메세지 데이타를 입력받아 데이타 수신부가 수신하고, 수신된 데이타는 CPU에서 데이타 출력 제어부를 통해 데이타 출력부를 제어하여 데이타를 출력하게 되는데, 이때 CPU로 입력되는 데이타의 전송 속도는 수신 메세지 데이타의 보 레이트(BOARD RATE)에 의해 가변 불가능하게 결정되어 있기 때문에 CPU는 필요 이상의 높은 주파수로 동작되고 있다. 즉, 메세지 데이타의 수신 속도가 1200bps이면 cpu도 1200bps의 빠른 속도(주파수)로 데이타를 읽어가야 한다. 따라서 높은 주파수의 펄스성 노이즈가 전단의 RF수신단에 영향을 주게 되고, 이러한 영향에 의해 메세지 데이타 수신 에러가 증가하게 되며, 따라서 메세지 데이타 수신에 신뢰를 기하기 어렵게 되었다.In the conventional decoder, first, the data receiving unit receives the message data received from the RF receiving end of the front end from the data input terminal, and the received data outputs the data by controlling the data output unit through the data output control unit in the CPU.
