Abstract
본 발명은 천연가스, LPG, 납사등의 탄화수소를 수증기와 혼합하여 개질촉매의 존재하에 반응토록하여 수소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소, 메탄을 생산하는 연료개질장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 촉매교체작업이 가능토록 형성된 개질관의 상방에 원료가스 및 반응가스의 상호열교환용 공간을 설치하여 원료가스가 예열되어 개질관에 주입되고 반응 후 배출되는 반응가스의 출구부에서의 온도를 낮출 수 있도록 한 열효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것으로, 개질 촉매가 내부에 충진되고 상부에 버너가 형성된 개질관의 외측을 내화단열재가 이격되게 설치된 연료개질장치에 있어서, 개질관(24)의 상방에 원료가스와 반응가스의 상호 열교환공간(29)이 형성되고, 원통형분리관(33)에 의해 구획된 내측환상공간(31)의 상단부에 원료가스입구(37)가 형성되고 외측환상공간(32)의 상단부에 반응가스출구(38)가 형성되며, 상기 내측환상공간(31)에 충진되는 개질촉매(36)의 교체가 가능토록 형성된 것이다.The present invention relates to a fuel reforming apparatus for producing hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and methane by mixing hydrocarbons such as natural gas, LPG, naphtha and the like with water vapor to react in the presence of a reforming catalyst. The mutual heat exchange space 29 of the gas is formed, and the source gas inlet 37 is formed at the upper end of the inner annular space 31 partitioned by the cylindrical separation tube 33.
