Abstract
[목적] 3기통 엔진용의 크랭크 샤프트와 같이, 적절한 균형을 남기는 것을 필요로 하는 피시험체용의 균형시험기에 있어서, 복수종의 불균형을 간단한 조작에 의해 설정할 수 있는 시험기를 제공하는 것에 있다.[Objective] A balance tester for a test object, such as a crankshaft for a three-cylinder engine, that requires proper balance to be provided, wherein a tester capable of setting a plurality of types of imbalances by simple operation is provided.
[구성] 시험기의 기틀(10)에 스프링(8)에 의해 걸린 주형 진동대(4)에 크랭크 샤프트(1)의 외에, 제1불균형 부재로서의 중추(11a)를 구비한 제1더미 축(11)과 제2불균형 부재로서의 중추(12a)를 구비한 제2더미 축(12)을 회전가능하게 부착하고, 원 포지션 클러치(14)를 해체하여 제1더미 축(11)만을 회전시키는 제1종류의 불균형과, 원 포지션 클러치(14)를 접촉하여 양 더미 축(11), (12)을 함께 회전시키는 제2종류의 불균형을 간단한 조작으로 설정할 수 있도록 하였다.[Configuration] A first pile shaft 11 having a pivot 11a as a first unbalanced member, in addition to the crankshaft 1, on a mold shake table 4 fastened to the base 10 of the testing machine by a spring 8.
