Abstract

본 발명의 미세조정이 가능한 스프레다의 헤드프레임은 스프레다와 헤드프레임이 서로 분리 가능하며, 쉬브 블록구조체, 쉬브블록 및 헤드블록으로 구성되고 쉬브블록 구조체를 종방향으로 구동하는 종방향구동수단과, 횡방향으로 구동하는 횡방향구동수단을 구비하여 스프레다의 헤드프레임을 미세조정이 가능하게 하므로서 콘테이너의 적재위치를 용이하게 파악할 수 있게 하며 작업소요시간을 단추가여 작업 효율을 높일 수 있다.

제1도는 트랜스퍼 크레인의 전체 개략도, 제2도는 종래의 스프레다 및 헤드 프레임의 개략도, 제3도는 본 발명의 헤드 프레임 평면도, 제4도는 a방향 미세 작동 정면도, 제5도는 제3도의 B-B선을 따라 취한 횡단면도, 제6도는 제5도의 c부 상세도.

Claims (2)

  1. 스프레다(2)와 헤드 프레임(3)은 서로 분리가능하게 구성하고, 상기 헤드 프레임(3)은 쉬브블록(12)과 쉬브를록구조체(11) 및 헤드블록(21)으로 구성되며 한 쌍의 체인(10)과 두쌍의 스프로켓(9) 및 구동수단(22)을 구비하여 쉬브블록구조체(11)가 직선운동을 함으로 인하여 헤드블록(21)이 직선운동을 하도록 구성되며, 또한 쉬브블록(12)사이에 일정 간격을 유지하고 조절하는 로드(13)를 설치하고 그 직선운동의 원활산 동작을 위해 쉬브블록 구조체(11)와 헤드블럭(21)사이에 니들 베어링(14)(15)을 끼워 구성된 미세조정이 가능한 스프레다 헤드 프레임.
  2. 청구범위 제1항의 헤드프레임에 있어서, 쉬브블록(12)과 쉬브블록구조체(11) 사이에는 연결부재(17)를 핀 형식으로 연결하고 쉬브블록(12)에 고정된 구동수단(16)을 설치하여 상기 구동수단의 양 끝단이 쉬브블록구조체(11)의 별도의 브라켓(19)을 움직임으로서 헤드블럭(21)과 쉬브블록 구조체(11)를 동작시켜 콘테이너를 미세조정할 수 있도록 구성된 스프레다의 헤드프레임.
