Abstract

본 발명은 전자레인지의 출력조절장치에 관한 것으로, 함체형상을 갖고 일측 전방에 콘트롤 패널부를 갖춘 본체, 상기 콘트롤 패널부의 내부 후방에 구비된 조리시간 조절부, 상기 조리시간 조절부의 타측 적소에 이격 설치된 가동시간 조절부, 상기 콘트롤 패널부의 전방으로 노출되도록 상기 조리시간 조절부와 연결설치된 구동축, 상기 구동축의 어느 일측에 삽입 설치되며 회동하에 상기 조리시간 조절부를 작동시키는 제1작동수단, 상기 구동축의 타측에 삽입설치되며 회동하에 상기 가동시간조절부를 작동시키는 제2작동수단을 포함하므로서 전자레인지의 시간조절구동부와 출력조절구동부를 한 개의 구동축을 사용하여 구동시키므로서 사용시 편리함을 부여할 뿐만 아니라 구성부품이 줄여들어 조립공정의 단축과 그에 따른 생산성이 향상되고 제품가격 또한 낮출 수 있는 것이다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 전자레인지의 구성도, 제4도는 제3도의 A-A선 단면구성도, 제5도는 본 발명에 따른 출력조절장치의 분해사시도, 제6도는 본 발명에 따른 출력조절장치의 동작상태를 보인 정면 구성도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 합체형상을 갖고 일측 전방에 콘트롤 패널부를 갖춘 본체, 상기 콘트롤 패널부의 내부 후방에 구비된 조리시간 조절부, 상기 조리시간 조절부의 타측 적소에 이격 설치된 가동시간 조절부, 상기 콘트롤 패널부의 전방으로 노출되도록 상기 조리시간 조절부와 연결설치된 구도축, 상기 구동축의 어느 일측에 축설되며 회동하에 상기 조리시간 조절부를 작동시키는 제1작동수단, 상기 구동축의 타측에 축설되며 회동하에 상기 자동시간 조절부를 작동시키는 제2작동수단을 포함하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1작동수단은 구동축의 전방에 삽입 고정되어 구동축을 회전시키는 회전부재, 상기 이 회전부재의 전방에 구비되어 파지를 용이하게 하는 파지부로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력 조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2작동수단은 구동축의 내측에 공회전되도록 삽입되며 일단부 외주면에 기어가 구비된 원통상의 작동부재, 상기 작동부재의 타단부에 내곡 형성된 한 개 이상의 요홈, 상기 요홈에 삽입되는 돌기를 타단부에 구비하고 상기 회전부재의 외측에 삽입되는 회동부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회동부재는 그 내주면이 상기 회전부재의 외주면과 소정간격 이격 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2작동수단은 제2작동수단의 회전력을 가동시간 조절부로 전달하는 동력전달부가 더 포함된 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달부는 상기 작동부재의 기어에 일단부가 치합되어 작동부재의 회동력을 부여받아 회전하는 회동기어, 상기 회동기어의 타단부에 치합되어 회동기어의 회동력을 상기 가동시간 조절부로 전달되도록 상기 가동시간 조절부에서 돌출된 연동기어를 포함하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
