본 발명은 폐액을 고온에서 열분해하여 폐액의 처리를 행하는 소각로(2), 그 소각로(2)로부터의 배출가스의 열을 증기로서 회수하는 배출열 회수장치(3), 상기 소각로(2)에 폐액을 공급하는 폐액라인(4)에 설치되어 상기 배출열 회수장치(3)로부터의 증기에 의해 폐액의 온도를 상승시키는 열교환기(5), 그 열교환기(5)에서 온도를 상승시킨 폐액을 플레쉬시켜 기체와 액체로 분리하는 플래쉬드럼(6), 및 그 플래쉬드럼(6)에서 분리된 액체의 일부를 상기 열교환기(5) 상류쪽의 폐액라인(4)으로 되돌려 열교환기(5)내에서의 폐액의 증발을 방지하는 순환수단(7)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐액 처리장치에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 의해 폐액을 열분해했을 때의 배출열을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다.The present invention is an incinerator (2) for pyrolyzing waste liquid at a high temperature to treat waste liquid, an exhaust heat recovery device (3) for recovering heat of exhaust gas from the incinerator (2) as steam, and waste liquid in the incinerator (2).
