Abstract

본 발명은 바인더 파이버용 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 특히 융점이 145 ∼150℃이면서 접착력과 내구성 및 촉감이 우수한 바인더 파이버용 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 공중합 폴리에스테르성분과 일반 폴리에스테르성분을 사용하여 복합방사한 다음 연신하는 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가 산성분으로 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 및 무수프탈산을 사용하고 에틸렌글리콜을 사용하여 공중합 시킨 것으로서 상기 산성분들의 몰비를 일정한 범위에 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명으로 제조된 바인더 파이버는 부직포 제조용으로 사용된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 공중합 폴리에스테르와 일반 폴리에스테르를 복합방사한 다음 연신하여서 폴리에스테르 복합섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르는 산성분으로 테레프탈산(TPA), 이소프탈산(IPA) 및 무수프탈산(PAn)을 사용하고, 디올성분으로는 에틸렌글리콜을 사용하여 공중합 시킨 것으로서 상기 산성분들의 몰비가 다음식이 만족되도록 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 바인더 파이버(Binder Fiber)용 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
