Abstract

본 발명은 리파제를 이용한 지방산과 글리세롤의 에스테르화 반응에 의한 모노글리세리드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 디에틸에테르와 헥산의 혼합용매를 반응물의 10배 부피로 첨가하여 반응혼합물로부터 모노글리세리드를 선택적으로 침전-축적시켜서 제조할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 리파제를 이용한 글리세롤과 팜스테아린의 에스테르 반응에 있어서, 디에틸에테르와 헥산의 혼합용매를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 모노글리세리드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디에틸에테르와 헥산의 혼합용매는 디에틸에테르 : 헥산의 혼합 중량비가 2∼1 : 1∼2임을 특징으로 하는 고순도 모노글리세리드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디에틸에테르와 헥산의 혼합용매를 반응물의 10배 부피로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 모노글리세리드의 제조방법.
