Abstract
Y2(1-X)CaO2S: Tb 녹색발광 형광체(상기 식에서 0.001≤X≤0.75이다)가 개시된다. 종래의 형광체와 비교할 때 색좌표의 변화가 거의 없고 전류포화 특성 및 열화 특성이 우수하면서도 휘도가 향상된 고전류밀도 여기용 형광체로서, 투사관 등에 적합하게 사용될 수 있다.Y 2 (1-X) CaO 2 S: Tb green light emitting phosphor (wherein 0.001 ≦ X ≦ 0.75) is disclosed. Compared with the conventional phosphor, the high current density excitation phosphor with little change in color coordinates and excellent current saturation and deterioration characteristics and improved luminance can be suitably used for a projection tube or the like.
