Abstract

골프공 커버 조성물로서, 올레핀에 불포화 카르복실산의 금속염을 이온 중합시킨 경질 이오노머와 올레핀에 메타아크릴산이나 아크릴레이트 에스테르계의 불포화 모노머의 아연염을 이온 중합시킨 연질 이오노머의 혼합으로 구성되는 골프공 커버의 조성물로서, 골프공의 내구성, 비거리특성 및 경기성능을 개선시키기 위한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 골프공의 커버 조성물에 있어서, 2∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀에, 3∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 카르복실산과 아연염, 나트륨염 또는 리튬염과 같은 금속염을 이온 중합시켜 된 공중합체인 경질이오노머와, 2∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀에, 메타아크릴산이나 1∼21개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아크릴레이트 에스테르계의 불포화 모노머와 나트륨염(상세한 설명에는 없음?)또는 아연염을 이온중합시켜서된 공중합체인 연질 이오노머 수지를 혼합함을 특징으로 한 골프공 커버 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌, 불포화 카르복실산은 메타아크릴산으로 함을 특징으로 한 골프공 커버 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 모노머는 메틸아크릴레이트로 함을 특징으로 한 골프공 커버 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경질 이오노머 수지는 중량비 10∼90%로 혼합하고 연질 이오노머 수지는 중량비 90∼10%로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 골프공 커버 조성물.
