Abstract

본 발명은 방진방음패드, 은박단열재, 방음지원단 및 칠피순으로, 또는 상기 방음방진패드와 은박단열재 사이에 납재등을 적층시켜 바닥의 소음차단, 방진, 단열 및 인테리어 효과등을 동시에 기할 수 있는 자동차의 방음바닥제와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 차량의 바닥상의 재단된 방음방진패드(1)를 본드로 부착하고, 그 위에 본드를 이용하여 순차적으로 은박단열재(2), 방음지원단(3) 및 칠피(4)등을 부착하여 구성되는 자동차의 방음바닥재.

자동차의 방음바닥재 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 관한 방음바닥재를 도시해 놓은 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 관한 방음바닥재를 도시해 놓은 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 차량의 바닥상에 재단된 방음방진패드(1)를 본드로 부착하고, 그 위에 본드를 이용하여 순차적으로 은박단열재(2), 방음지원단(3) 및 칠피(4)등을 부착하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방음바닥재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방음방진패드(1)와 은박단열재(2) 사이에 방음재인 납재(5)를 적충시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방음바닥재.
  3. 차량의 바닥상에 균일하게 본드를 바르고 그 위에 재단된 방음방진패드(1)를 부착하는 단계, 이 방음방진패드(1)상에 본드를 고루 바르고 재단된 은박단열재(2)를 부착하는 단계, 이 은박단열재(2)상에 본드를 고루 바르고 재단된 방음지원단(3)을 부착하는 단계 및, 상기 방음방진패(1)와 은박단열재(2) 및 방음 지원단(3)이 일체화 된 그 위에 본드를 고루 바르고 재단된 칠피(4)를 부착하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방음바닥재의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방음방진패드(1)상에 납재(5)를 부착한 다음 상기 은박단열재(2)를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방음바닥재의 제조방법.
