Abstract
본 발명은 셀룰로오스물질을 발포시킨 완충단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 펄프, 폐지 및 기타 셀룰로오스물질을 통상의 발포제 및 통상의 수용성 접착제와 함께 습식 발포시키고 건조시킴으로써, 원재 셀룰로오스물질 용적의 20-500% 정도로 발포된 완충단열제 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a buffer insulating material in which a cellulose material is foamed, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein pulp, waste paper, and other cellulose materials are wet-foamed and dried together with a conventional foaming agent and a conventional water-soluble adhesive, thereby providing a volume of 20-500 of the raw cellulosic material volume.
