Abstract

본 발명은 특히 캐니스터(canister)형 진공 청소기에 적합한 신규의 출력 제어장치에 개시한다.
캐니스터형 진공 청소기는, 본체에 항스 어셈블리등을 결합하여 사용하는데, 핸들에 구비된 조작스위치의 전선이 호스를 통해 연장되므로 호스의 침수나 파손시 누전에 의한 안전사고의 위험이 있었으며, 이에따라 유럽향의 청소기에 있어서는 본체에 제어 스위치를 구비하고 핸들에 개구부를 형성하도록 함으로써 사용성과 소모전력상 많은 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 커플러 또는 이에 인접한 본체에 전기적 제어스위치를 구비하고 핸들에 구비된 트리거와 전동선에 의해 기계적으로 전동하도록 함으로써 안전성과 사용의 편의성을 동시에 향상시킬수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (7)

  1. 사용자가 파지하는 핸들과, 본체에 결합되는 커플러와, 상기 핸들과 커플러사이에 연장되는 유연한 호스를 구비하는 호스 어셈블리를 본체에 결합하여 사용하도록 된 진공 청소기에 있어서, 상기 핸들에 설치되어 사용자가 조작가능한 트리거와, 상기 커플러 또는 상기 커플러가 결합되는 상기 본체에 설치되어, 상기 트리거의 조작에 따라 청소기의 출력을 변화시키는 전기적인 제어 스위치와, 상기 트리거의 조작을 상기 제어스위치에 기계적으로 전달하는 전동선을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동선이, 슬리이브내에 이와 상대이동하는 강선이 수납된 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동선이 상기 호스의 외주에 감겨 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전동선의 슬리이브의 적어도 일부가 상기 호스의 외L주에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어스위치가 상기 트리거의 조작시마다 그 출력접속이 순환적으로 변화하는 로타리 스위치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들에 상기 트리거의 조작에 따른 출력표시부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 출력표시부가, 상기 트리거의 조작시마다 이에 연동되어 소정 각도만큼씩 회전하는 노브를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기의 출력 제어장치.
