Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 접속 틈새로부터의 오일의 누출량을 감소시키고, 펌프 용적 효율을 향상시키는 동시에, 흠부의 눌러붙음 등을 유효하게 방지하는 것이다. 구동축(4)에 고정된 내측 로우터(5)와 그 내측 로우터(5)에 편심해서 내접하는 외측 로우터(6)을 펌프 하우징(1)의 펌프실(3)에 수용하는 동시에, 상기 내측 로우터(5)의 내주부에 있는 돌출 플랜지(5a)를 펌프 하우징(1)의 흠부(11)에 회전 가능하게 지지하고 있다. 상기 흠부(11)의 내주면에 상기 돌출 플랜지(5a)의 단부면(5b)에 대향하는 내측 단부면(14a)를 갖는 댐부(14)를 일체 형성하는 동시에, 그 댐부(14)의 내측 단부면(14a)와 돌출 플랜지의 단부면(5b)사이에 틈새(C3)을 형성하였다.An object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of oil leaking from the connecting gap, to improve the pump volume efficiency, and to effectively prevent the squeezing of the scratches and the like.
