Abstract

본 발명은 TFT LGD 셀 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 전극과 배향막이 형성된 상하부기판이 조합되고 그 사이에 액정이 주입되어 상기한 전극에 인가되는 전압의 유무에 따라 트위스트 하는 것에 의해 소정 패턴이 나타나는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 고온 열처리를 필요로하는 박막트랜지스터 기판(하부기판)은 경질유리를 그대로 사용하고 색을 표시할 수 있는 칼라필터 기판(상부기판)은 경질 유리 대신 소다(Soda) 유리를 사용하되 상기 2장의 글라스 접합 공정은 고온 시일(Seal) 열처리 대신 광경화성 수지를 이용한 U.V 시일 디스펜서(Dispenser) 공정을 도입하여 상온에서 접합시키므로써 생산량을 증가시킬수 있을 뿐 아니라 제조비용 또한 절감할 수 있는 고신뢰성의 액정표시소자를 실현할 수 있게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. In the two glass bonding process, UV seal dispenser process using photocurable resin is used instead of high temperature seal heat treatment to bond at room temperature, which can increase production and reduce manufacturing cost. A liquid crystal display element can be realized.
