Abstract

본 발명은 고무캡 삽입장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 파이프에 고무캡을 삽입함에 있어서, 베이스 프레임의 하강이동과 동시에 모터전동에 의해 에어척이 회전하면서 고무캡을 척킹하고 다시 이 고무캡을 파이프에 삽입하는 것이다. 고무캡의 중심이 어긋나 있을 경우 척킹이 이루어지지 못하거나 부정확하게 척킹되었으며 또한 파이프의 캡삽입시 고무캡이 손상·파손되는 경우가 빈번하였다. 본 발명은 베이스 프레임에 공압실린더와 그 푸쉬로드를 설치하여 푸쉬로드의 하단이 인덱스상의 고무캡중심에 삽입되게 하고, 아울러 베이스 프레임에는 하우징을 설치하면서 하우징 하단에는 스프링에 의해 힌지축을 중심으로 확개 수축가능한 핑거를 연결하며, 핑거의 하단내측에는 경사면을 형성하여 고무캡이 편심된 경우에도 척킹이 정확하게 이루어짐은 물론 파이프에 대한 고무캡삽입시 손상이나 파손없이 캡을 삽입할 수 있도록 된 발명이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 베이스 프레임에 고정설치한 하우징과, 하우징 하부에 힌지연결되어 스프링에 의해 탄력동작가능한 핑거와, 고무캡의 어긋남에 대응하기 위해 핑거의 하단내측에 형성한 경사면으로 구성하여 인덱스상에 하우징과 핑거의 하단 및 내면에 의해 고무캡 척킹지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무캡 삽입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 베이스 프레임에 설치한 공압실린더 및 공압 실린더에 연결한 푸쉬로드와, 그 하단이 인덱스내의 고무캡 중심에 삽입되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고무캡 삽입장치.
