Abstract

본 발명은 이색성(optical two color effect)물질 제조방법에 관한 것으로 종래의 이색성 물질의 제조방법으로서는 금속산화물의 다층진공증착법, 염료염착법이 알려져 있으나 이러한 종래의 제조방법은 제조비용이 과다히 소요되거나 내약품성이 약한 결점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 천연 운모의 미세 입자 표면에 굴절율이 높은 금속산화물을 일정 두께로 피복함에 따라 진주 조개 껍질에서 볼 수 있는 무지개색과 같은 특유의 간섭색이 나타나는 금속 산화물층위에 다시 구리, 니켈등의 무전해 도금에 의한 금속 미립자를 피복하고 프탈로니트릴을 반응시켜 금속-프탈로시아닌층을 형성시키는 것으로 이러한 이색성 운모는 정면에서 보면 청녹색으로 보이며 측면에서 보면 금속산화물에 의한 간섭색이 보이는 시변각 이색효과를 가지며 본 방법에 의한 이색성 물질은 경제성이 있고 내약품성이 양호하며 도료, 잉크등에 사용시 시각 변환에 의한 색상 변화 효과를 줄 수 있는 것임.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an optical two color effect material.
