Abstract
동물의 설사증의 원인균인 ETEC를 포르말린으로 처리하여 불활성시킨 세포전체를, 또는 세포표면의 필리를 면역원으로 이용하여 닭에 면역시켜 ETEC에 대하여 특이적으로 반응하는 항체를 함유하는 면역계란을 제조하여 이를 동물에 투여하거나 또는 이들 계란에서 추출한 항체를 이들 동물에 투여하여 소, 돼지의 설사증을 예방 또는 치료하는 기술에 관한 것으로서 동뭍의 설사증의 원인균인 ETEC에 대하여 특이적으로 작용하고 동물의 설사 예방 및 치료제롤 간편하게 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 장내독성 이. 콜라이(ETEC)를 닭에 면역하고; 상기 닭의 졔란을 수확하는; 공정을 포함하는 동물의 설사증 예방 및 치료제용 면역계란의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의하여 제조된 면역계란을 분말화하여 제조한 둥물의 설사증 예방 및 치료제.
- 제1항에 의하여 제조원 면역계란으로부터 항체를 분리하는 공정을 포함하는 동물의 설사증 예방 및 치료제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 의하여 제조된 예방 및 치료제를 동물에 투여하는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 동물의 설사증 예방 치료방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 동물에의 투여는 경구투여를 특징으로 하는 동물의 설사증 예방 및 시료 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
