Abstract
아일릿의 베이스부 상면의 레이저 소자 탑재용의 직립부를 없애고 아일릿을 베이스부를 주체로 한 대략 평판형상으로 형성하여 아일릿의 제조를 용이하게 함과 동시에 아일릿의 키를 낮게 한 기밀 유리단자를 얻는다.By removing the upright portion for mounting the laser element on the upper surface of the base portion of the eyelet, the eyelet is formed into a substantially flat plate shape mainly composed of the base portion, thereby facilitating the production of the eyelet and obtaining an airtight glass terminal having a low height of the eyelet.
