Abstract

본 발명은 세라믹 몰탈의 첨가제에 관한 것으로, SiC, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO, NiO, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, BeO, Ce2O3, ZrC를 일정량씩 혼합한 다음 이의 혼합물과 점토를 일정 중량비로 혼합하고 고온에서 다공이 형성되도록 소성한 후 소정의 크기로 성형함으로써 철근 콘크리트나 벽돌을 적층하는 몰탈에 일정량 섞어서 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. SiC, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO, NiO, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, BeO, Ce2O3및 ZrC를 각각 10%씩 일정한 양을 혼합하는 단계와, 상기의 혼합물과 점토를 중량비 2 : 1로 혼합하는 단계와, 상기의 점토 혼합물을 1050℃의 온도에서 다공성으로 소성하는 단계와, 소성된 점토혼합물을 지금 6mm 정도의 볼 형상으로 성형하는 단계들에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 몰탈의 첨가제.
