Abstract

본 발명은 칼라수상관용 섀도우마스크 구조체에 관한 것으로 특히 섀도우마스크를 판넬내면 수정의 위치에 단단히 유지 고정시켜주고 섀도우마스크의 열팽창으로 인한 도밍을 보정해주는 데 적당하도록 한 것이다. 종래의 기술은 섀도우마스크와 프레임의 열팽창에 따른 도밍보상을 전적으로 탄성부재에 의존하고 있기 때문에 탄성부재의 부담율이 커지는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 섀도우마스크의 스커트부 결합부위 전체를 둘러싸는 마스크업 형태로 섀도우마스크와 결합되는 바이메탈 지지체와 그것을 판넬에 결합하기 위한 고정부재로 된 섀도우마스크 지지체를 구성한 것임.The present invention relates to a shadow mask structure for color water pipes, and in particular, to maintain the shadow mask firmly in the position of the crystal surface inside the panel and to be suitable for correcting the ming due to thermal expansion of the shadow mask.
