Abstract

본 발명은 브라운관 이송용 파레트에 관한 것으로, 파레트 본체(11)와, 이 파레트 본체(11)에 착탈 가능 및 위치 조절 가능하게 결합되고, 브라운관(17)을 정위치로 지지하기 위한 정위치 유지용 지그(12)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 지그(12)가 브라운관(17)의 위치를 결정하기 위한 계단형 단차부(14)를 보유한 구성으로 되고, 상기 지그(12)를 파레트 본체(11)에 착탈 가능 및 위치조절 가능하게 결합하는 결합수단(18)은 지그(12)의 하부에 형성한 주 삽입홈(16)과 보조 삽입홈(16a), 그리고 상기 파레트 본체(11)에 상기 삽입홈(16)(16a)에 삽입되도록 여러개소에 형성한 주 삽입핀(15)과 보조 삽입핀(15a)으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 본 발명은 브라운관의 크기에 따라 파레트를 공용할 수 있으므로 파레트 확보에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 브라운관을 중점축선을 일치시켜 안정하게 지지할 수 있으므로 자동화 조립이 가능하게 되어 생산성을 향상할 수 있게 되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 파레트 본체(11)와, 이 파레트 본체(11)에 착탈 가능 및 위치조절 가능하게 결합되고, 브라운관(17)을 정위치로 지지하기 위한 정위치 유지용 지그(12)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 이송용 파레트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지그(12)가 브라운관(17)의 위치를 결정하기 위한 계단형 단차부(14)를 보유한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 이송용 파레트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지그(12)가 직선형 몸체의 상면에 계단형 단차부(14)가 형성되고, 계단형 단자부(14)가 중간부에서 양단측으로 가면서 낮아지는 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 이송용 파레트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지그(12)가 일측부 지그(13)에 타측부 지그(13)가 사이각(a)이 90≤a＜270가 되게 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 이송용 파레트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 지그(12)를 파레트 본체(11)에 착탈 가능 및 위치 조절 가능하게 결합하는 결합수단(18)은 지그(12)의 하부에 형성한 주 삽입홈(16)과 보조 삽입홈(16a), 그리고 상기 파레트 본체(11)에 상기 삽입홈(16)(16a)에 삽입되도록 여러개소에 형성한 주 삽입핀(15)과 보조 삽입핀(15a)으로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 브라운관 이송용 파레트.
