Abstract

본 발명은 테이프형 광섬유를 테이프형 슬롯에 적층한 광섬유 케이블의 구조 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 원기등에 슬롯을 낸 형태의 유니트를 제조하기가 어려우며, 각각의 유니트는 일방향 또는 쌍방향으로 꼬아서 집합하므로써 케이블 코아 구성을 위한 집합 설비가 복잡해지는 결점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 중심 선재(5)위에 기본 테이프형 슬롯 유니트를 횡권으로 반복하여 감으므로써 중심 선재(5)에 그 기본 테이프형 슬롯 유니트가 적층되도록 하므로 제조 공정이 간단하면서도 고실장의 광섬유 케이블을 실현할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a structure of a fiber-optic cable laminated with a tape-shaped optical fiber in a tape-shaped slot, and a method of manufacturing the same.
