Abstract

본 고안의 목적은 오일팬의 오일을 빼내고 분리기에 충진후 회전시킴에 따라 분리되는 오일을 교환하지 않고 오일을 재공급하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 오일 크리너를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 고안은 오일게이지 가이드관에 삽입되어 흡입할 수 있도록 한 흡입호오스 등의 관부재와; 상기 흡입호오스를 통해 오일을 흡입하도록 한 제1모타 등의 흡입수단과; 상기 제1모타에 의해 흡입한 오일이 배출되도록 하는 배출파이프 등의 관부재와; 상기 배출파이프를 통해 오일을 충진시 용이하게 배출되도록 고정하면서 개폐하도록 하는 덮개 등의 개폐수단과; 상기 덮개에 의해 개폐되는 입구부를 통해 오일이 충진되는 공간부를 형성한 회전통 등의 저장수단과; 상기 회전통을 내장하면서 회전이 용이하게 이루어지도록 베어링을 상,하에 설치된 하우징 등의 보호수단과; 상기 하우징의 외측 하단에 설치된 제2모타의 구동풀리가 벨트에 의해 내장된 회전통과 일체로 되면서 연결되는 종동풀리가 설치된 회전축 회동지지수단과; 상기 회전축을 관통하여 회전통의 공간부와 연통되면서 외측으로 인출되어 일단에 형성되어 오일의 배출을 조절하도록 한 개폐밸브를 포함하여 이루어지는 오일크리너를 특징으로 한다.An object of the present invention is to provide an oil cleaner that can be used to re-supply the oil without replacing the separated oil by removing the oil of the oil pan, filling and rotating the separator.
