Abstract
본 고안은 드럼내에 들어있는 기름 등의 액체를 밖으로 뽑아낼 수 있는 드럼용 수동식 액체펌프에 관한 것으로, 종래의 드럼용 수몽식 액체펌프는 손잡이를 회전할때 내부에 장착되어 있는 로터리 펌프식 임펠라의 회전으로 기름 등의 액체를 뽑아낼 수 있있으나, 이는 임펠라의 높은 정밀도와 압력을 필요로 하기 때문에 사용시 매우 힘들뿐만 아니라 고장율이 높았던 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a manual liquid pump for a drum that can draw out liquid such as oil contained in the drum. 드럼(도시하지 않았음) 입구에 유입관(1)을 삽입하고 드럼 결속구(11)로 나사 결합한후, 손잡이(9)를 회전시키면 크랭크(4) 및 피스톤(5), 피스톤 로드(5), 연결대(8)가 회전운동과 직선운동을 반복하게 되므로써 드럼내의 액체를 유출관(2)으로 유출시킬 수 있게 되는 것으로서, 제2도의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이 피스톤(5)이 상승할때에는 피스톤(5)의 고무판(13')이 막힌 상태에서 유입관 마개(12)의 고무판(13)은 열리게 되어 액체는 유입판(1)으로 유입되는 것이며, 피스톤(5)이 하강할때에는 제2도의 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이 유입판 마개(12)의 고무판(13')은 막히게 되고 피스톤(5)의 고무판(13)은 열리게 되어 유입관(1)내에 있는 액체를 피스톤(5) 윗쪽의 유출관(2)으로 보낼 수 있게 되는 것이다.Insert the inlet pipe (1) into the drum (not shown) inlet and screw it into the drum binding hole (11), then rotate the handle (9) to crank (4) and piston (5), piston rod (5).
