Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기 구동부의 풀리구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 클러치에 구성되어 벨트를 걸어주는 풀리의 폭이 가변 가능하도록 하여 하나의 풀리는 이용하여 두개의 기종에 사용이 가능하도록 함과 아울러, 벨트가 풀리에 견고히 결합할 수 있도록 한 세탁기 구동부의 풀리구조에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적으로 된 본 발명은 소정의 크기를 갖는 원형판상으로 구비되어 중앙에 클러치축이 관퉁되는 축궁(461), (471)이 구비된 상, 하부판(46), (47)이 구비하고. 상기 하부판의 외주연을 소정의 각도로 하여 하향 절곡되도록 절곡편(472)을 구비하며. 상기 절곡편 내측 상면에 이와 일체로 하여 동일간격을 갖고 돌출되어 일축방향으로 삽입흠(474), (475)이 구비된 걸림편(473)이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 상부판(46) 외주연에 하부판의 절곡편(472)과 동일한 각도로 하여 상향절곡되는 절곡편(462)을 구비하고, 이의 내측에는 걸림편(473)이 끼워진 상태에서 이에 구비된 삽입흠에 끼워져 상부판(45)이 결합고정될 수 있도록 하는 삽입공(463)으로 구비되는 클러치 풀리(45)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기 구동부의 풀리구조를 제공하게 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 모우터의 풀리와 클러치의 풀리에 벨트를 걸어주어 모우터에서 발생되는 동력이 클러치로 전달될 수 있도록 된 세탁기의 구동부에 있어서, 소정의 크기를 갖는 원형판상으로 구비되어 중앙에 클러치축이 관통되는 축공(461), (471)이 구비된 상, 하부판(46), (47)이 구비되고, 상기 하부판의 외주연을 소정의 각도로 하여 하향절곡되도록 절곡편(472)을 구비하며, 상기 절곡편 내측 상면에 이와 일체로 하여 동일간격을 갖고 돌출되어 일측방향으로 삽입홈(474), (475)이 구비된 걸림편(473)이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 상부판(46) 외주연에 하부판의 절곡편(472)과 동일한 각도록 하여 상향절곡되는 절곡편(462)을 구비하고, 이의 내측에는 걸림편(473)이 끼워진 상태에서 이에 구비된 삽입홈에 끼워져 상부판(46)이 결합고정될 수 있도록 하는 삽입공(463)으로 구비되는 클러치 풀리(45)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기 구동부의 풀리구조.
