Abstract

본 발명은 폴리프로필렌테이프얀사(P.P絲)를 다가닥으로 보빈에 감아 다겹을 이룬 P.P편사로 환편기에서 이를 위사공급하여 포대를 제직토록 하여서된 포대제직 환편기용 다겹 P.P편사에 관한 것으로, P.P편사를 지조직으로 하여 둥근포대본체 (A)를 환편기에서 제직함에 있어 포대본체의 경사(I)는 한겹 P.P편사(II)로 하고 이와 직교되는 위사(2)는 적어도 두겹이상의 여러가닥이 포개어진 다겹 P.P편사(21)를 직접 보빈에 감아놓았다가 공급하여 주므로서 환편기로 제직되는 둥근 포대의 외면에 한겹경사와 다겹위사에 의하여 심한 요철면(Q)이 이루어지도록 하여서된 포대제직 환편기용 다겹 P.P편사로 포대를 형성하여 이에 곡물, 비료, 시멘트등을 담아 창고에 적충식으로 쌓아 놓았을 때 위사와 경사의 두께 차이로 되는 요철면에 의하여 미끄러짐이 발생하지 않으면서도 상.하의 밀봉부를 제외한 나머지 부분이 모두 일체형을 이루어 경고성과 안전성을 높혀주게 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. P.P편사를 지조직으로하여 둥근포대본체(A)를 환편기에서 제직함에 있어 포대본체의 경사(1)는 한겹 P.P편사(11)로 하고 이와 직교되는 위사(2)는 적어도 두겹이상의 여러가닥이 포개어진 다겹 P.P편사(21)를 직접 보빈에 감아놓았다가 공급하여 주므로서 환편기로 제직되는 둥근 포대의 외면에 한겹경사와 다겹위사에 의하여 심한 요철면(Q)이 이루어지도록 하여서된 포대 제직 환편기용 다겹 P. P편사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 위사로 공급되는 폴리프로필렌테이프얀시(P.P편사)를 적어도 두겹이상의 여러겹으로 포개어 보빈에 감겨지게 하여서된 포대 제직 환편기용 다겹 P.P편사.
