Abstract

본 발명은 산업용 고강력 폴리에스테르섬유의 제조방법임.
종래의 방법은 사에 공기교략을 시키기 위하여 고압(4.0~6.0kg/㎠)의 공기를 사용하였으므로 사에 손상을 일으켰으며 권취장력이 높았으므로 교락효과도 불충분하였다.
본 발명은 권취하기전에 오퍼비드톨에 통과시켜 권취장력이 감소되도록 하면서 저압(1.5~4.0kg/㎠)의 공기로 공기교략시키므로서 사의 손상을 최소화 시키는 폴리에스테르섬유의 제조방법임.
본 발명으로 제조된 폴리에스테르섬유는 각종 산업용 원사에 사용된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 고뎃롤러로 연신하고 공기교락시켜서 산업용 폴리에스테르 연신사를 제조함에 있어서, 고뎃롤러에서 연신시킨 다음에 1.5~4.0kg/㎠의 공기압으로 공기교락시키고 이어서 직경이 65~150mm인 오버피드롤에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르섬유의 제조방법.
