Abstract

본 발명은 하기일반식(I) 혹은 (2)로 표시되는 디아미드 화합물과 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 금속스테아린산을 함께 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성 폴리아미드의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로 본 발명에 의한 폴리아미드 섬유는 투명성과 이로 인한 염색선명성이 우수하고 또한 내구성등의 물리적 성질도 함께 개선된 특징을 갖는다.
(단, n은 1-5의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 10~20의 알킬기를 나타낸다)
M-[(CH2)nCOO]2(3)
단 M은 Be,Mg,Ca,Sr 중에서 선택되며, n은 10~20사이의 정수이다.)

Claims (2)

  1. 하기일반식(1) 혹은 (2)로 표시되는 디아미드 화합물과 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 금속스테아린산을 함께 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
    (단, n은 1-5의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 10~20의 알킬기를 나타낸다)
    M-[(CH2)nCOO]2(3)
    단 M은 Be,Mg,Ca,Sr 중에서 선택되며, n은 10~20사이의 정수이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(1) 혹은 (2)로 표시되는 디아미드 화합물의 첨가량은 폴리머에 대하여 0.05~2.0중량%이고, 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 금속스테아린산의 첨가량은 0.01~1.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
