Abstract
본 발명은 상기의 용액이 알칼리 금속 니트리트(nitrite)의 0.01에서 0.3mol/1를 포함하며, 충부한 온도에서 측정된 상기 용액의 pH, 즉 pH 6.9와 7.2사이를 유지시키기 위하여 충분한 양의 비율로 포스포릭(phosphoric) 산(acid)과 알칼리 금속 포스페이트(alkali metal phosphate)의 0.01-0.03mol/1포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 금속 니트리트(nitrite)를 포함하는 수성의 용액을 구성하는 형식으로된, 마치 강철과 같은 금속 물질의 부식 억제제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 상술된 용액은 알칼리 금속 니트리트(nitrite)의 0.01에서 0.3mol/1를 포함하며, 충분한 온도에서 측정된 상기 용액의 pH, 즉 pH 6.9와 7.2사이를 유지시키기 위하여 충분한 양의 비율로 포스포틱 산(phosphoric acid)과 알칼리 금속 포스페이트(alkali metal phosphate)의 0.01에서 0.03mol/1포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 금속 니트리트(nitrite)를 포함하는 수성의용액의 구성하는 형식으로된, 마치 강철과 같은 금속 물질의 부식 억제제.
- 1항에 있어서; 부식 억제제는, 포스페이트(phosphate)의 알칼리 금속 이온과 그리고 니트리이트(nitrite)의 알칼리 금속의 이온의 분자 농도가 15%이상 차이나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 억제제.
- 1항 또는 2항에 있어서; 부식 억제제는, 상기의 용액이 역시 웨팅(wetting) 조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 억제제.
- 3항에 있어서; 부식 억제제는, 상기의 웨팅 조제가 논이온닉(nonionic)이거나 또는 안니옥닉(anionic) 웨팅 조제인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 억제제.
- 3항 또는 4항에 있어서; 부식 억제제는, 상기의 수성의 용액이 역시; 소포성 조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 억제제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
