Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 차체용 고성형성 고강도 알루미늄 합금 및 합금판을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로 특히 Al-Mg계 합금 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly formed high strength aluminum alloy and alloy plate for an automobile body, and more particularly to an Al-Mg-based alloy and a method for manufacturing the same.
본 발명은 중량%로 Mg 5.5~10.5% 및 Mn 0.01~1.0%, Cr 0.01~0.3%, Be 0.001~0.1%중에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종을 함유하고 나머지 Al으로 조성되는 자동차 차체용 고성형성 고강도 알루미늄 합금 및 Al 합금의 용탕을 통상의 방법으로 용해 및 주조하여 얻은 잉고트 또는 슬라브를 440℃~600℃에서 8~24시간 균질화 처리를 하고 열간 및 냉간압연을 거쳐 소정의 두께를 갖는 판재를 만든 후 350℃~550℃의 온도범위로 급속가열하여 일정기간 유지후 상온으로 급속냉각하여 용체화 처리를 행하고 자연시효시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention is a high-strength high-strength form for automobile bodies containing 1 or 2 selected from Mg 5.5-10.5% and Mn 0.01-1.0%, Cr 0.01-0.3%, Be 0.001-0.1% by weight and composed of the remaining Al.
