노벽내의 여런대 실측온도(Tc)를 측정한후, 노내온도의 변동폭인노내 온도의 최대치(Tcmax)및 최소치(Tcmin)를 설정하여 노내온도가 최대치와 최소치를 가지는 경우에서의 열전대 온도와, 노력연와 두께와의 상관관계를 도출하며, 상기 열전에 온도가 노벽 연화 두께에서 구한 상관관계를 이용하여 열전대 실측온도(Tc)가 노내 온도의 최대치 및 최소치 사이의 값일경우 노벽연와 두께의 변화는 무시하고, 상기 열전대 실측온도 (Tc)가 노내 온도의 최대치 (Tcmax)보다 크게되면 노벽연와 두께를 노내온도가 최대치인 경우의 노벽연와 두께와 열전대 온도와의 상관관계를 이용하여 노벽연와 두께를 산출하고, 열전대 실측온도(Tc)가 노내 온도의 최소치(Tcmin)보다 작으면 노내 온도가 최소치인 경우의 노벽 연와 두께와 열전대 온도와의 상관관계를 통하여 노벽연와 두께를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 노벽 연와 두께 검출방법.After measuring the actual measured temperature (Tc) in the furnace wall, set the maximum value (Tcmax) and minimum value (Tcmin) of the furnace temperature, the fluctuation range of the furnace temperature, and the thermocouple temperature and effort when the furnace temperature has the maximum and minimum values.
