Abstract

본 발명은 폴라이미드의 내열변형성, 내충격성 굴곡강성, 강인성, 치수안정성 및 내흡습성등을 현저하게 향상시킨 고성능 폴리아미드 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 폴리아미드 수지 20 내지 95중량%, 폴리에테르이미드 수지 5내지 80중량% 및 이들 수지 조성물 100부에 대하여 극성 그룹을 갖는 올레핀계 공중합체 0.1 내지 10 중량부로 구성되어 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로서의 기계적 특성 및 가공성이 뛰어나 전기, 전자제품, 기계부품, 자동차/수송기기 부품등의 소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 폴리아미드 수지 20 내지 95중량%, 폴리에테르이미드 수지 5 내지 80 중량% 및 이들 수지 조성물 100부에 대하여 극성 그룹을 갖는 올레핀계 공중합체 0.1 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 40 내지 90중량%, 폴리에테르이미드 수지가 10 내지 60중량% 및 이들 수지 조성물 100부에 대하여 올레핀계 공중합체가 0.3 내지 7 중량부인 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 결정성이며 용융온도가 200℃ 내지 270℃사이임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르이미드 수지가 유리전이온도가 190℃ 이상이며 에테르 그룹과 아미드 그룹이 동일 방향족 그룹에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 공중합체는 1 내지 40중량% 사이의 극성 공단량체와 60 내지 99중량% 사이의 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌이나 이들 혼합물의 올레핀 그룹을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀계 공중합체의 극성 공단량체가 카르복시산, 카르복시산염, 산무수물(anhydride), 에스테르 또는 알코올기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
