Abstract

본 발명은 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 하드세그먼트와 폴리알킬렌글리콜을 소프트세그먼트로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조에 있어서, 탄소수가 2~3인 디올성분을 에스테르 교환반응 초기에 투입하고 탄소수가 4~6인 디올성분은 에스테르 교환반응 완료전 1/3~2/3 시점에서 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의해 제조된 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체를 용융, 방사하면 강도, 신도 및 탄성회복율이 우수한 고신축 탄성사를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 하드세그먼트와 폴리알킬렌글리콜을 소프트세그먼트로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조에 있어서, 탄소수가 2~3인 디올성분을 에스테르 교환반응 초기에 투입하고 탄소수가 4~6인 디올성분은 에스테르 교환반응 완료전 1/3~2/3 시점에서 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수가 2~3인 디올성분의 투입량은 산성분에 대하여 4~20몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수가 4~6인 디올성분의 투입량은 산성분에 대하여 1~2몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
