Abstract

본 발명은 아스파탐연산염 중화액은 진공존재하에서 급냉시켜 결정화하는 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 방법은, 온도 50-70'C, 아스파탐 농도 4.5-5.5%(w/v)의 아스파탐 염산염 중화액을 750㎜Hg 이상의 진공하에서 결정관내로 분사시켜 급랭시키므로써 아스파탐 결정을 수득하고, 얻어진 결정을 750㎜Hg이상의 진공조건을 유지하여 급냉시킨 후 탈수, 건조하여 아스파탐을 결정화함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 방법에 따르면 아스파탐의 결정 숙성을 촉진시키고 그의 분해를 최소화하므로써 고순도의 아스파탐을 결정화할 수 있다.

  1. 온도 50-70℃, 아스파탐 농도 4.5-5.5%(w/v)의 아스파탐 염산염 중화액을 750㎜Hg 이상의 진공하에서 결정관내로 분사시켜 급냉시키므로써 아스파탐 결정을 수득하고, 얻어진 결정을 750㎜Hg이상의 진공조건을 유지하여 급냉시킨 후 탈수, 건조함을 특징으로 하는 아스파탐의 결정화 방법.
