Abstract

본 발명은 약간의 위치 어긋남이 발생되어 있더라도 위치결정공을 찾아내는 기능을 가지는 위치결정핀의 위치제어장치의 제공을 목적으로 한다.
이를 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 위치결정핀의 위치제어장치는, 위치결정핀을 소정의 위치에 위치결정하였을 때, 위치결정공이 검출되지 않은 경우에는 위치결정공 형상판정부가 가공데이타 기억부로부터 위치결정공의 형상에 관한 정보를 읽어들여, 위치결정핀 구동부에 의해 위치결정핀을 스크롤 동작시킨다. 이 동작중에 위치결정공이 발견되면 위치결정핀의 삽입동작을 행하도록 구성되어 있다.

제4도는 위치결정핀의 스크롤동작 중, (가)는 원형구멍의 스크롤 동작을 나타낸 도면이며, (나)는 각형구멍의 스크롤동작을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 피위치결정부재에 마련되어 있는 위치결정공에 위치결정핀을 삽입함으로써 그 피위치결정부재를 소정위치에 정확히 위치결정하는 위치결정장치에 있어서, 그 위치결정핀의 선단부분에 마련되어 상기 위치결정공을 검출하는 위치결정공 검출센서와, 상기 위치결정핀을 구동하는 위치결정핀 구동수단과, 상기 위치결정핀이 소정의 위치에 위치결정공이 검출되지 않은 경우에는 상기 위치결정핀을 와권상(渦券狀)으로 동작시키기 위한 신호를 상기 위치결정핀 구동수단에 출력하는 제어수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치결정핀의 위치제어장치.
